Region Watch offers a full range of public affairs services, built on four axes: strategy, intelligence, advocacy, and mobilisation. We take the time to develop an understanding of the business needs of our clients and use this knowledge to create strategies of public affairs activity, designed to achieve concrete and targeted results.
STRATEGY
When actively participating in the policymaking process, organisations must be fully prepared and have a concrete plan to achieve their business objectives. We offer our clients a robust sounding board in order to develop the most appropriate strategy to engage with the relevant policy issues on their agenda.
INTELLIGENCE
Political developments and policy changes create both risks and opportunities for an organisation. We ensure our clients are kept up to speed and can plan effectively by tracking the political discourse of all relevant institutions and stakeholders, whilst providing analyses and recommendations on key developments.
ADVOCACY
In the policymaking process there are many opportunities for stakeholders to provide input and this is where we help our clients contribute effectively. We undertake a range of activities to ensure clients can meet with key influencers, participate during formal consultation periods, and use specific platforms to raise awareness of their position on any given issue.
MOBILISATION
We have extensive experience in bringing together multiple organisations and stakeholders to campaign cohesively across various communication channels. This includes managing industry trade associations across different sectors, as well as single-issue alliances on specific campaigns.
